Get it Have the older version pump but had only two stoppers. Had to get a new version pump to use these stoppers but if you have several open bottles around, this is the solution. New version makes a sound when sufficient vacuum is attained. Not sure that is a great improvement but package of ten is worth the upgrade even though it requires purchase of the new pump. Perfect combination would be pump and ten, not the piddling two stoppers which is available
Five Stars Use these every day. It greatly extends the life of wine
Work well, but not as good as the old stoppers No longer have the two wavy retaining ridges along the sides of the stem, so they pull out much easier. Result is that the wine bottle will leak wine if you knock it over… means you cannot store a wine bottle on its side. Not terrible, and they otherwise work well. But it would be great if the company went back to the old design.
