Works well I bought this to replace the previous model of electric kettle that finally went out after almost 10 years of daily use. This is a slightly upgraded version of the same pot. We were very happy with the last pot. I wish we had read the manual more carefully and cleaned it regularly and it probably would have lasted even longer. This new pot works well. It heats the water very quickly. I use it several times a day for hot tea. We brew several different types of tea and appreciate the temperature…
Very hot to the touch !!!! The boiler looks greatnesses. The only thing thatâs making this 3 out of 5 stars is that the outside of the boiler is very hot. Seems like a safety issue. I had another one before and it was cool to touch even if the water inside was boiling. This is probably unsafe.
