So far so good! Just have had this for a few days – but it works great! We drink red wines (usually Cabernet and Merlot’s). We tried a glass at setting 5 and a glass at setting 6. Setting 6 produced a very good result and even had a noticeable difference from 5. The lower settings I believe are for white wines. Can’t speak to the durability yet, since we just got it. Came with the nice stand pictured, looks nice on the counter top too!
Could not believe the effect one red wine. This aerator for the price for any price actually actually brings out the bouquet of any wine and reduces the tannins in red wine. The pedestal makes it so easy to fill a glass it is well made and we leave it out on the counter and now drink a glass of red wine daily. we didn’t want a decanter which are costly and can easily break. Makes a great Christmas gift beautifully boxed anybody would be impressed.
It Does the Job & Looks Good Doing It! This wine aerator has both a very sophisticated look and actually does it’ job! You can tell the difference between wine poured through the aerator and a glass poured straight from the bottle. I loved it so much I bought one for me, one for my best friend and one for my grandma! When you utilize this product, an $11 dollar bottle of wine tastes like a $30 bottle, a $30 dollar bottle tastes like a $60 dollar bottle, and so forth!
