Don’t waste your money Don’t waste your money. Used on one bottle a few months ago and worked it perfectly. Just tried sealing another bottle. It started to hold a vacuum after about 5 pumps and then nothing. I can pump forever and nothing. Just up and down with no vacuum forming. Probably a seal not holding. I saw other negative reviews about vacuum not holding before I purchased but figured it wouldn’t happen to me. Wrong! Constructed of mostly plastic. Maybe something with more metal would be sturdier. Pure junk I am very disappointed with this product. I have tried it a half dozen times, and it looses vacuum in as little as 20 minutes. I could get those results using my thumb. If anyone knows of a similar product that works and is priced reasonably, I would love to know about it. Until then, I guess I WILL use my thumb
Why not more stars? It’s truly SUPERIOR to other Wine Preservers! I was given this as a gift almost 5 years ago and loved it! Finally, a wine preserver that didn’t make me feel guilty about opening a good bottle of wine and only having a glass. I could enjoy a “fresh” glass up to 2-3 days later. Unfortunately, I lost both rubber stoppers and needed to re-order. While on Amazon, I noticed other wine preservers with better ratings, so thought I’d give them a try. What a mistake!!
