One of the worst Rabbits I’ve ever bought One of the worst Rabbits I’ve ever bought. The grip handle is a tad small, I have to constantly jiggle the entire mechanism and turn it at least 90 degrees after the screw unit is fully inserted into the cork to get the cork out of the bottle. Without the twisting pushing down on the handle results in the retraction of the screw, sans cork. Annoying. It’s a bad product, there are other Rabbits out there that work normally and “grab” the cork properly. I’m not abusing the gizmo, but I’m…
Not the Original Rabbit by any stretch of the imagination. The original Rabbit used to be a beautiful item – hefty, solid and fun to work with. They’ve changed material, shape and quality is not there. Mine happened to arrive broken, but even if it hadn’t – this new version is really garbage. Pass.
Highly recommend! Professionally open bottles of wine with ease! No need to struggle or hold the bottle between your knees! I love drinking wine, however, I save my money for wine and will use regular house-hold cork screws to open the bottles.
