Worked great, until it broke. I had this for a little over a year. It shipped with some replacement corkscrews, so I assumed the corkscrew was the expendable portion of the opener. I was wrong. The original corkscrew never broke. The entire mechanism did.I emailed the seller but have gone a week and a half with no reply.Again, I understand I used this for a year, but I figured I’d have broken one of three corkscrews they ship it with before the actual mechanism itself broke into pieces.
Beautiful to display, eaay to use. Bought gor a friend who got tired and irritated using the old plug and pull wonder. She cried because it was beautifully packaged and she no longer needed a strong man to do it for her. She had been praying about having her own after using mine so I gifted. She loves it and it’s a great conversation peice with the wooden showcase box. I’m proud of my purchase.
Low Quality and would not buy again. The opener is fine but can be hard for a lady to use. The aerating wine spout is cheap and I have already lost the bottom part that came off. Th cork stopper and the sealing pump are low grade and more parts have come off and been lost. I would not purchase this product again due to poor quality parts. There must be something better around this price.
