Great Customer Service I originally was not happy with this product because the electronic control panel on the front did not work properly. But then the company’s Customer Service Dept. contacted me with a fix for the panel, which ended up being fairly simple. Like the first one; the second one, not so much (updated) UPDATE: Since I wrote my original review the second refrigerator is now maintaining a temperature of 61 degrees and will go no lower. Just as described: quiet and looks nice. Great customer service. This is just the size I wanted. After reading the other reviews, there were no surprises. Bottles fit just as described. It cooled to the set temperature and when I put new bottles in it, it cools down in a reasonable amount of time. It is very quiet and looks nice.
